During my recent stay, I was kinda surprised by the warm welcome I received from the hotel staff. They greeted me with a refreshing drink and delicious fresh fruit, which instantly made me feel at home. The service throughout my stay was perfect, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. I was even upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom suite, a good surprise. The hotel's attention to detail, from the beautifully presented food and drinks to the clean swimming pool, created a luxurious experience. Although the location was a bit far from the center, the hotel's convenient tuk-tuk and van services made it easy for me to explore the city. I had a fantastic stay at the Elephant and would highly recommend it.
